By visiting, browsing or using the Services, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Products and Information
We offer furniture including dining and lounge chairs, tables, benches, stools and storage pieces. We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, quantities and colors accurately; however, images and colors may appear different on different screens, and minor variations may occur. Please review the product description and measurements before ordering. We may correct errors or update product information and availability when necessary.
Order Acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, an error in a price or listing, suspected fraud, or an inability to process payment or deliver to the address. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. We may contact you using the details provided with your order.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice before an order is placed. Applicable taxes and the order total are shown at checkout. The available payment methods and payment setup are described in our Payment Policy; only options shown at checkout are available for a particular transaction. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the selected payment provider to process the amount due.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States and offer free shipping as described in our Shipping Policy. Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing and 3–5 business days in transit after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or other circumstances. Our Shipping Policy also explains the cutoff time, UPS delivery and tracking.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
Our Refunds & Returns Policy explains eligibility, the 30-day request period, return and exchange procedures, shipping costs and refunds. If you contact us before an order ships, we will cancel it without an additional handling fee and provide a full refund. After shipment, the return and refund process applies.
Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including text, designs, graphics, photographs and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Rodriguez Furniture or their respective rights holders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, noncommercial shopping. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the content without permission except as permitted by law.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RODRIGUEZ FURNITURE, SHOPIFY, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR ANOTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THAT CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW AND DO NOT AFFECT RIGHTS THAT CANNOT BE WAIVED.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time where permitted by law, including for a violation of these Terms. You remain responsible for amounts due through the date of termination. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including those concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification and governing law, survive termination. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rodriguez Furniture, Shopify and their respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers against third-party claims, losses and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law or infringement of another person’s rights in connection with your use of the Services.
