Card payments are processed by ONERWAY (Direct). Availability and authorization can depend on your card issuer; the options shown at checkout reflect those available for your order.
How Checkout Works
Select your furniture, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact and delivery information, review the order summary and any applicable taxes, and choose an available payment method. Shipping within the United States is free. Submit the order after reviewing the total. Payment authorization or collection is handled by the payment provider during checkout.
Payment Security
Checkout uses an encrypted connection to transmit payment information to the payment processor. Please enter card details only in the secure checkout and do not send complete card numbers by email. Your card issuer or payment provider may request additional verification.
Order Confirmation
After an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your inbox and spam folder. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; if payment cannot be authorized or an issue arises, we will contact you. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Payment Problems
If a payment is declined, check the card number, expiration date, security code and billing address, and ensure the card has sufficient funds and is enabled for online purchases. Your bank may also require verification or decline a transaction. Contact your card issuer or try another available payment method. If you need help with an order or see an unexpected charge, contact us with your order number; do not include your full card details.
